Personal Training Sessions

Cancellation up to 2 business days before the session: full refund.

Later cancellations or no-shows: no refund (100% charged).
Group Courses & Walks

Cancellation up to 14 days before the start: full refund.

Cancellation up to 7 days before the start: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days, no-shows, or early withdrawal: no refund.

Courses already started: no partial refund.
Packages & Subscriptions

Validity: 1 year from date of purchase.

Unused sessions expire after this period – no refund.

Extension possible: subject to surcharge (current price difference + CHF 20 processing fee).
Online Services (Consultations, Seminars, Personality Test)

After completion or delivery: no refund.

Pre-booked appointments follow the rules for individual training sessions (cancellation up to 2 business days possible).
Physical Products (e.g., calendars, photo products)

Personalized products: no refund.

Other products: may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned goods.
